Once admitted to the university, you will be able to build your own student e-mail account. The NAU email account is the official way that the university - faculty, advisors, and staff - communicate with students.

You are given your username upon admission to the university and then create your own password. The username and password will also be used to access web courses, login to research materials, and login to the LOUIE system. If you do not know your username, you can look yourself up in the Online Directory. If you have not yet set your password or your secret question/answer, you may do so at the Secret Question/Answer Utility. You also may change your email password, or set up or remove a forward from your email account to another e-mail address. If you do not know your username and/or password, follow these steps
