A transcript is a record of your coursework. The registrar's office handles transcript requests. They will mail official transcripts individually sealed and stamped "Issued to the Student." Once you open an official transcript it becomes unofficial. If you want an unofficial transcript you can pick one up from the Registrar or access one online. (Go to LOUIE, and navigate to > SA Self Service > Learner Services > Academics > View Unofficial Transcript)

To order transcripts, fill out a transcript request form and return it to the registrar by fax to (928) 523-1414 or by mail to Office of the Registrar, PO Box 4103, Flagstaff, AZ 86011-4103. Include the transcript request fee. For enrolled students it is $6 each. Contact the Registrar's office at (928) 523-5369 or (928) 523-2108 if you need assistance.
