    Is designed to help you through the NAU enrollment process.
  • Summer 2008
    Note: Use this form to enroll or drop classes before deadlines for summer.

    Note: Use this form to enroll or drop classes before deadlines for fall.

  • Graduate Course Repeat Enrollment Form
    Note: The repeated course does not replace the grade from the prior term; the grades awarded for each course will be averaged in the GPA.

  • Override Authorization
    Note: Complete for class capacity, time conflict, requisites for course, department or instructor consent.
  •  
  • Petition Guidelines
    Note: Use this document to help determine if your situation falls within NAU guidelines. Petitions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Petition to Add Form (one class per form)
    Note: The petition, documentation, and appropriate fees must be submitted to the appropriate Distance Learning office as soon as possible for the review process.

  • Petition to Drop Form (one class per form)
    Note: The petition, documentation, and appropriate fees must be submitted to the appropriate Distance Learning office as soon as possible for the review process.

    Note: Submit at time of registration to ensure the course is coded for repeat.

  • Unit Load Override Approval

    Note: Complete to request approval to carry a unit overload of more than 19 units for undergraduate students or 16 units for graduate students during the fall and spring terms. Overload information for summer or winter terms can be found at:
