Paying for class is part of the enrollment process. At NAU you have many options for paying your tuition and fee bill. When you enroll online, your applicable tuition and fees will be calculated for you and you can pay using a credit card or electronic check. If you enroll in person or by mail, read the instructions on the enrollment form and determine your total costs. Attach a check or complete the credit card information on the form. If you must pay after you enroll, check the deadline calendar to see whether you will owe late fees. Then use one of the options below to pay.

Mail:
Send a personal check, payable to Northern Arizona University, a traveler's check, a money order, or a cashier's check. Payments must be for the exact amount; please do not send cash. Post-dated checks will not be accepted and a $25 processing fee will be charged for returned checks.

Include your student ID number and the term you are paying for on the check and send it to:

Online:
You can make payments online through your LOUIE account. Once you have set up your LOUIE account, pay with your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, debit card, or E-check online.

Phone:
You can pay by phone with a credit card. To pay by phone, call (928) 523-1122 or 1-(800) 426-8315 ext. 1122, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. Summer hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Be sure to have your student ID number and the cardholder's information ready.

Fill out the Fax Form and send to (928) 523-0009 anytime.

In person:
If you come to the Flagstaff Mountain Campus you can make payments in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Summer hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the NAU Office of the Bursar , Gammage (Building 1). Your local campus office can also accept and process your payment for you. Plan to pay your tuition and fees when you come in to enroll.
