Financial Aid Communication

NAU Financial Aid will send information about your financial aid awards by mail, so keep your addresses current in the NAU system. You'll also need your NAU email account to receive reminders of application dates, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standings, and other announcements from NAU Financial Aid. If you need help with your NAU email account, call the NAU Academic Computing Help Desk at (888) 520-7215 or (928) 523-9294. Parents can also keep current on deadlines and payment information by subscribing to the Parent-Link E-mail Service, offered by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
