Planning your Finances

Planning how you will pay for school is as important as choosing where and what you will study. Using resources detailed in these pages, learn about the tuition rates and fees that apply to you and about the types of assistance you may qualify for. Scholarships, grants, waivers, loans, student employment and financial aid are some of the many benefits available to help you meet your education costs.

Once you have determined your expenses, you'll want to organize a list of the appropriate deadlines and paperwork required. Then choose to make payments using one of several alternatives NAU offers. The Office of Financial Aid, the Bursar, and your local NAU campus have staff trained to help you coordinate the financial aspects of your education.
